ISA900 Programmable ISA Power Supply

Advanced Power Designs introduces an ISA compliant 15 VDC programmablepower board for PC platforms. Input power for the ISA900 is supplied directly to the card via an external fixed or VDC power supply,thereby eliminating the need to draw excessive power from the internalcomputer power supply.

The Model 900 programmable power boards provide independent control of upto eight seperate power outputs. In addition to the programmable poweroutputs, the instrument also provides voltage readback and sensingfunctions for current and temperature.

The ISA900 installs easily into any available ISA slot in an IBM compatiblePC and comes with a powerful software package. The software offers a fullarray of programmable features which allow the instrument to be customconfigured for virtually any power sensitive application.

Programmable Power Outputs
Includes remote sense lines to each output
Voltage accurate to 0.25% of full scale
Up to eight independent programmable power outputs
Four channels of 0-7.5V @ 2A and 4 channels of 0-15V @ 2.5A

Voltage Read Back
Voltage read back via on-board A/D converter
Reads back each output independently with 20mV accuracys

Temperature Sense
Uses four external sensors for each channel
Four channel temperature sense circuit with 1 degree C accuracy

Current Sense
Current sense circuit uses on-board A/D converter
Senses the current of each output to 5 amps maximum ( 1%)

Special Features
Five independent TTL control outputs
Eight programmable LED outputs for user definable status indicators
General purpose 8 bit dip switch for Serial Number ID, signature, etc
One 12 bit A/D channel for universal data acquisition (uni-polor 0-5V)
Four TTL inputs which can be used for AUTO START or other custom functions
